1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register for Zoplax, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type and GST number (if provided).

1.2 Business Data

Data you enter into Zoplax — including products, customers, suppliers, invoices, employees, stock records and financial transactions — is stored on our servers to provide the Service.

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type and IP address. This helps us improve the product.

1.4 Payment Information

Payment details (card numbers, bank account details) are processed and stored by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

• To provide, operate and maintain the Zoplax ERP platform
• To process transactions and send related notifications
• To send product updates, trial expiry reminders and subscription notifications
• To respond to your support requests
• To improve and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. We prefer servers located in India where available.
• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
• Sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
• Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• We perform regular security audits and backups.
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — we cannot see your password.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or business data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We share your data with third-party services only to operate the Service:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment data is subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Zoho Mail / SMTP — transactional email delivery (account notifications, invoices). Only your email address is shared.
• Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting and storage infrastructure.
• Google Firebase — phone number verification via SMS OTP during registration/login (CylindroTrack only). Only your phone number is shared, for verification purposes. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Cookies

Zoplax uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We use:

• Session cookies — required for authentication. These expire when you close your browser or after 8 hours of inactivity.
• Preference cookies — to remember your settings and preferences.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from using some features.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — you can view all your data within the Zoplax application at any time.
• Export — you can export your data (customers, products, invoices, etc.) from within the application.
• Correction — you can update or correct your data at any time.
• Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@zoplax.in. We will complete the request within 30 days.
• Portability — your data can be exported in standard formats (Excel, CSV, PDF).

7. Data Retention

• Active subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
• After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation.
• After 30 days post-cancellation, data is permanently deleted unless required by law.
• Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully removed from all systems.

8. Children's Privacy

Zoplax is a business software platform intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@zoplax.in.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
