Can I plan production from a customer order?
Yes. Create the production order straight from the sales order. Zoplax uses the bill of materials and checks that the raw materials are in stock.
How are shop-floor operations tracked?
Each step of the process route becomes a job card on its machine. Operators start and complete it, with the quantity done, rejections and actual time.
Can I cost a job before quoting?
Yes. The quotation has a cost sheet for material, process and overheads, so the price you quote covers your cost.
Is GST invoicing included?
Yes. Dispatch what is ready and raise the GST tax invoice for that quantity; it flows into GSTR-1 and your accounts.
Can I bring my products and customers across?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products and opening stock come in from Excel. We do the first import with you.
