Is there a mobile app for delivery staff?
Yes. Delivery staff and drivers use the Zoplax mobile app with a delivery-only login. They record the delivery, empties and payment on the spot, and the bill is created for the customer.
Does it track empty cylinders?
Yes. Empties collected are recorded with each delivery, and you can see how many cylinders of each type every customer still holds.
Can the customer get the bill on WhatsApp?
Yes. Bills can be sent to the customer on WhatsApp from Zoplax.
Is GST handled?
Yes. Deliveries are billed as tax invoices, and a bill with only empty returns goes as a bill of supply. Gas bills are included in GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

Yes. We import your customers, consumer numbers, deposits and opening balances, and check them with you before you start.
