Can I see which calibrations are due?
Yes. Every calibration record keeps the next calibration date, so you can see what is due and follow up with the customer in time.
Does it handle AMC visits?
Yes. Each AMC has its planned visits. Mark a visit done with the engineer and service report number, and record the invoice against it.
Does Zoplax print the calibration certificate?
Zoplax records the certificate number, dates and charges for each calibration. The certificate itself is prepared in your existing format.
Is billing and GST included?
Yes. Raise GST invoices in Zoplax’s Sales module and record the invoice number against the visit or calibration; payments flow into your accounts and outstanding.
How is the Service module turned on?
The Service & Calibration module is switched on for your company on request. Talk to us and we will set it up with you.
