Getting started
What is Zoplax?
Zoplax is cloud ERP for Indian businesses: sales and GST invoicing, purchase, stock, accounts and GST returns, and HR & payroll, with industry modules for manufacturing, logistics, LPG distribution, construction, service & calibration and optical shops. It runs in the browser and on the Zoplax Android app.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Zoplax works in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There is also a Zoplax app for Android on Google Play.
How do I get started?
Sign up for the 15-day free trial with your email — no card needed. Choose your type of business and Zoplax sets up the right modules, units and stock categories for you. We can also set it up with you on a call.
Is my data safe?
Each company’s data is kept separate and only the users you add can sign in. Zoplax runs on AWS cloud servers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the database is backed up every night. Payments go through Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
How many users can I have?
Every plan includes 5 users. You can add more at ₹500 per user per month. Each user gets a role — Admin, Manager or User — and the admin can choose which pages each user can open.

What does Zoplax cost?
- Zoplax Business — ₹999 / month: traders & distributors, LPG & gas agencies, service & calibration labs.
- Zoplax Industry — ₹1,999 / month: manufacturers, transporters & fleet owners, builders & contractors.
- Zoplax Optical: optical shops — contact us for a price.
Every plan includes 5 users; each extra user is ₹500 a month. Pay yearly and you pay for 11 months, not 12. See pricing
Is every module included?
Yes. Your plan includes the modules your type of business needs — sales, purchase, stock, accounts & GST, HR & payroll and your industry module. There are no paid add-ons.
Is GST added to the price?
No. The subscription price is what you pay — no GST is added on top.
What is the free trial?
Every new company gets 15 days free with full access to its plan. No card is needed to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
You choose monthly or yearly and pay to continue. Your data stays as it is — nothing is deleted when the trial ends.
How can I pay?
Through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Monthly plans renew automatically; yearly plans are a single payment, and we remind you by email before the year ends.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly payments are not refunded for the month already started — cancel any time and keep access until the month ends. For a yearly plan, cancel within 7 days of the billing date for a pro-rata refund of the unused months. Full details in our refund policy.
Sales, purchase & stock
What does the sales side cover?
Enquiries with follow-ups, quotations (with an optional cost sheet and revisions), proforma invoices, sales orders, dispatch / delivery challans and GST tax invoices — each step picks up the last one. You can also type a tax invoice straight into the invoice register.
What does the purchase side cover?
Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt (GRN) against the order, purchase bills and supplier payments with TDS. Part receipts and pending quantities are tracked, and supplier balances stay correct.
How is stock kept up to date?
Stock moves automatically with every goods receipt, invoice, dispatch and production order. Products carry HSN, units, categories and reorder levels, and the dashboard shows what is low or out of stock. Made-to-order items can be set not to track stock.
Does Zoplax make GST-compliant documents?
Yes. Tax invoices carry HSN, the CGST/SGST or IGST split for the place of supply, amount in words, your logo, GSTIN and bank details. Quotations, proformas, purchase orders, delivery challans and every other document print as PDFs in your format.
Accounts & GST
What reports are in Accounts?
Day book, bank and cash book, ledgers, customer and supplier statements, outstanding and ageing, profit & loss, expenses, advances, and credit / debit notes.
Which GST reports are included?
GSTR-1 (B2B, B2C, HSN summary, documents issued), GSTR-3B summary, GSTR-2B matching against your purchase bills, TDS and RCM reports and the 180-day ITC reversal report — exportable to Excel or as one PDF for your auditor.
Can I move from Tally or Excel?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, opening stock and opening balances come in from Excel templates, with duplicate checks. We do the first import with you and check that the balances match your books.
Industry modules
What is in the Manufacturing module?
Bill of materials, process routes, machine master, production orders (from a sales order or manual, with a raw-material stock check), job cards per operation with operator, time and rejections, quality check and a machine efficiency report. More
What is in the Logistics module?
Trips and LRs from planned to POD received, own and hired vehicles, drivers, vendor hire payments with TDS, a customer rate card, fuel and daily expenses, LR and trip sheet PDFs, LR scanning for supported LR formats, and trip-wise or monthly freight bills in each customer’s format. More
What is in the LPG distribution module?
Delivery bills with full and empty cylinders per type, empties and cylinders held by each customer, security deposits and consumer numbers, customer-wise cylinder prices, split payments, a delivery-only login for staff on the mobile app, and GST bills sent to the customer on WhatsApp. More
What is in the Construction module?
Projects with BOQ and estimation, material indents with approval, site godown stock updated on every GRN, subcontractor work orders, daily labour and wages, equipment register, and RA bills against BOQ quantities — with PDFs. More
What is in the Service & calibration module?
AMC contracts with planned service visits, engineer and report number per visit, instruments under each contract, calibration records with certificate number and next calibration date, and charges and payment status. Our team switches it on for your company when you start. More
What is in Zoplax Optical?
Patient records with eye tests and prescription history, lab job cards and remakes, frame, lens and contact-lens stock, counter billing with advances and split payments, and accounts and staff payroll. It works in your own currency — for example Kuwaiti dinar.
What does HR & payroll include?
Employees, daily attendance with overtime, leave, holidays, loans and advances, monthly payroll with PF, ESI and loss-of-pay worked out, payslips, and full & final settlement. Included in every plan.
Mobile app & WhatsApp
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — “Zoplax Cloud ERP GST Billing” on Google Play for Android. Owners and staff can create and view invoices, proformas, purchase requests and masters, and LPG delivery staff record deliveries, empties and payments on it.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. On an iPhone, open Zoplax in Safari — it works fully in the browser.
Can bills be sent on WhatsApp?
Yes, for LPG & gas agencies: delivery bills go to the customer on WhatsApp straight from Zoplax. For other documents, download the PDF and share it on WhatsApp or by email.
Settings & users
Can I use my own invoice format?
Yes. Upload your logo and fill in your GSTIN, address, bank details and terms under Settings, and choose an invoice template. Every PDF uses these settings.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings → Users and add the person’s name, email and role (Admin, Manager or User). 5 users are included in your plan; each extra user is ₹500 a month.
Can I control what each user sees?
Yes. The admin can tick which pages each User — and each Manager, if needed — can open, and whether they can only view or also edit. Admins always see everything.
