Does it handle hired vehicles as well as my own?
Yes. Run trips with your own vehicles and drivers or with hired vehicles. For hired trips, record the hire amount and advances, and pay the vendor with TDS deducted.
Can I bill a customer monthly instead of per trip?
Yes. Bill trip-wise or put a month’s trips on one bill, in the layout that customer expects.
Can I print the LR and trip sheet?
Yes. LR (consignment note) and trip sheet PDFs are printed from the trip — all copies or a single copy.
Can Zoplax read a scanned LR?
Yes, for LR formats we have set up. Upload the scan and Zoplax reads the details into the trip for you to check.
Does it include driver payroll and accounts?
Yes. Driver salaries run through HR & payroll, and freight bills, payments, TDS and GST flow into your accounts.
